Solar Energy Projects

all of the below projects are either build or design for costing (schematic, plans , 3D shadow analysis , BOQ

Saldanha One: 20mW PV plant, covering 65 hectares. Consisting of seven 2.5mW Blocks, 16 x 1.25mW Inverters
De Aar One  40mW PV plant, covering 200 hectares. Consisting of 32x1.25mW Blocks, 25 x 1.25mW Inverters.
De Aar Two  20mW PV plant, covering 76 hectares. Consisting of 15x1.25mW Blocks, 14 x 1.25mW Inverters. The plant was      fed in to a 132kV gird transmission network.
Fagan - Breebloem  18 Floor glazes façade building, 14 levels were fitted with BIPV (Building Integrated PhotoVoltaics), where the east & west faces were fitted with thin film modules. The Northern face was fitted with crystalline module eyebrows. Total power supplied was 120kW.
Robin Island  Off grid system Consist of 2x 200kW plants that are fed into a charge controller From there into in to a battery storage bank, where both are fed into separate inverters The inverters was also connected to a external AC backup generator. Total of power 400kW.

The design for 8 game lodges in Kenya.

4 x Large scale Solar power plants were designed and costed for our clients in the DRC.

3x international airports were costed and designed  for our  clients  in Africa.

I aided the Electrical Eng. by designing and compiling all drawings , documents and specification for  manufactur

of solar power remote site solutions (AEG & SMA)
